St. Nicholas Inn Policies

• Check In Time - 3:00 P.M.; arrival at other times is by prior arrangements ONLY
• Check Out time - 12:00 Noon; we are happy to secure your luggage after 12 noon
• A 20% deposit is required to ensure your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to your check in date your deposit will be returned minus a 25% administrative fee. The total amount deposited is forfeited if the reseveration is cancelled less than 3 days prior to your stay   
• The balance is due upon arrival
• Three night minimum stay
• We are unable to accommodate pets at this time
• We ask that you come in quietly, so no one is disturbed
• A continental breakfast is served daily
• A telephone is provided for local phone service only
• Rooms are serviced based on the length of stay
• The Inn is a no smoking facility
• Unregistered guests are not permitted
• We are unable to accommodated young children at this time.

Rates are subject to change without notice, except for advance deposit reservations.

Some holiday or high-season periods may have a five-night requirement.

You will receive a confirmation letter once your reservation has been confirmed.
