St. Nicholas Inn Policies
- Check In Time - 3:00 P.M.; arrival at other times is by prior arrangements ONLY
- Check Out time - 12:00 Noon; we are happy to secure your luggage after 12 noon
- A 20% deposit is required to ensure your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to your check in date your deposit will be returned minus a 25% administrative fee. The total amount deposited is forfeited if the reseveration is cancelled less than 3 days prior to your stay
- The balance is due upon arrival
- Three night minimum stay
- We are unable to accommodate pets at this time
- We ask that you come in quietly, so no one is disturbed
- A continental breakfast is served daily
- A telephone is provided for local phone service only
- Rooms are serviced based on the length of stay
- The Inn is a no smoking facility
- Unregistered guests are not permitted
- We are unable to accommodated young children at this time.
Rates are subject to change without notice, except for advance deposit reservations.
Some holiday or high-season periods may have a five-night requirement.
You will receive a confirmation letter once your reservation has been confirmed.
